Delivery within the UK is free for all orders totalling more than £50.00
The standard rate of £5.95 is for spends under £50.00
All items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, a tracking number will be sent in your delivery confirmation email.
All orders will be processed immediately, please allow up 10 working days to receive your items
Please notify us if your order has not been received within 14 days of confirmation

RETURNS and EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition.
Items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from date of delivery confirmation.
Items can be returned for exchange within 14 days from date of delivery confirmation.
Items must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse return items where there are signs that the product has been worn, washed or damaged.
SALE or DISCOUNTED ITEMS cannot be returned. We offer an exchange against other sale purchases ONLY.
Should you wish to return or exchange your product email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org Include a copy of your original sale invoice when returning your product and details if you require a different colour/ size.
In the event of an exchange we aim to provide you with your chosen colour/ size, if your choice is out of stock then we will suggest an alternative equal or less than your choice with a refund in the difference

You will be responsible for the return of the goods. For your own protection we recommend using a registered service that insures you for goods and keep the tracking details for your records. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged when being returned to us
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting email@example.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.
